Presenter Instructions

Speakers are asked to check in with the session chair, in the conference room, 10 min. before the session begins.
Presenters may transfer their presentation files by USB memory stick or CD ROM. it will also be possible to give the presentations from own notebooks. A facility to connect several notebooks simultaneously to the data projector will be arranged.
Individual notebooks will need to be connected to the bos during the breaks.

The presentation times for oral sessions are as follows:
The Plenary Talks are scheduled in 45 minutes presentation including discussion
The Breakthrough 1 and 2 talks (on Monday) are scheduled in 60 minutes and Breakthrough 3 and 4 (on Thursday) are scheduled in 30 minutes.
The Invited Talks are scheduled in 25 minutes presentation including discussion
The Contributed Talks are scheduled in 15 minutes presentation including discussion

The conference rooms, Olympia (groundfloor) and Seefeld/Tirol (underground), are equipped with microphone, beamer and a computer equipped with office XP Pro.
