The exhibition will take place at the conference location of the Olympia Sport und Kongresszentrum of Seefeld, Austria, in front of the lecture hall. It will be co-located with poster sessions and coffee breaks.

All material sent for the exhibition, should arrive before December 19th, 2018, at Seefeld to the following address:

IMPORTANT: Each package needs to mention NANOMETA 2019 and name of the company.

For each shipment, please announce it at conferences@eps.org and indicate the transportation company, the tracking number, the number of packages and weight.

 

 Nanometa Exhibition Opportunities (Due to space limitation we can no longer accept further requests)


A small exhibition will take place. Each space will include:
(i) one table of 0.8m x 1.2m size with one chair.
(ii) power available at all tables (230V, 50Hz, 10 A),
(iii) wireless internet connection.

In addition it will be provided:
(a) an attendee list for one time mailing (upon request, without e-mails);
(b) access to the on line technical digest;
(c) one exhibitor personnel badge,
(d) access to the full programme of the conference
(e) publication of the company profile and logo on the conference website.
