Sponsoring opportunities
Increase your company visibility amongst qualified attendees with a sponsorship at the event.
Current sponsorship opportunities include:
– Coffee break: 1500.-€ per coffee break or
– Exclusive sponsorship of 3 coffee breaks each: 3000.-€/each
– One Technology talk (duration 15-20 minutes) at the conference, one table to exhibit, one invitation to the Welcome Dinner: 3000.-€.
– One exhibition space (1 table, 2 chairs, internet, electricity), logo on the conference website: 1000.-€.
Plus other customizable promotional opportunities such as:
– Supply of 280 lanyards at your company’s trademark + plastic holders: They need to be delivered to Seefeld free from all transportation costs and customs duties, if any.
– Supply of notepads, pens to be delivered to Seefeld free from all transportation costs and customs duties, if any.
– Goodies to be put into the conference bags, to be delivered to Seefeld free from all transportation costs and customs duties, if any.
–Attendees bags: 3000.-€. Your logo as exclusive.
In case, the sponsor has its own bags, these can be proposed but the sponsor will need to take in charge the delivery costs (and customs duties, if any) to Seefeld.
– Flyer insertion into the conference bags (max. 1 document: Either one page or two pages, A4-size): 900.-€/unit.
– Conference programme and 1-page advertisement: 1000.-€/ half page 500€.
– Sponsoring of the student poster prizes: 800.-€.

Benefits for sponsors
- All sponsors’ logos and links will be displayed on the conference website, which will remain online for at least one year after the event.
- Sponsors’ logos will be displayed on the overhead screen during conference breaks, and they will be acknowledged by the General Chair during the conference opening and the conference reception.
- Each sponsor will receive the conference technical digest and summary free of charge.
- Coffee Break Sponsors will have their logos prominently displayed in the designated coffee break area.
- Exclusive Dinner Sponsors will have their logos displayed during the conference dinner and will be exclusively acknowledged by the General Chair.
- One representative from a General Sponsor and two representatives from an Exclusive Sponsor will be granted full access to all conference program activities free of charge.
