A number of contributed papers featuring original, unpublished work related to the conference topics will be accepted for presentation. Registration is open to all members of the scientific and technical community.
Authors must obtain the necessary approvals to have their work reviewed and presented to an international audience. During the online submission process, the submitting author must confirm—by ticking a box—that all co-authors agree to include the contribution in the conference programme and online digest.
Abstract Submission Deadline: Monday 27 October 2025.
Note: No papers will be accepted after the final deadline.

Paper Submission Guidelines
General Rules
Submit your paper to only one topic. The programme committee may transfer it to another topic unless you provide written instructions at submission.
Papers are accepted only if at least one author registers for the conference.
Contribution Types
Oral or Poster
Submitted as oral by default.
The committee may reassign it to poster.
Poster only
Considered only for poster presentation.

Intro text: Highlight novelty/originality. Do not repeat abstract.
